Performance drop-ins start at $20. Juices are $10 each with free pickup or $5 drop-off. Case management and disability support are insurance billed.

CM Therapeutic Rehabilitation

This is a separate service from football rehabilitation. This section is assigned only to Lemorris Davis, who will review the client’s support needs and confirm scope, provider fit, availability, payment route, and next steps.
